When it comes to booking holidays, we have always been quite independent travellers, but it would involve endless hours of research before trying to tie up flights and hotels with our limited availability which seemed to be a dark art! Also, as a couple, we have quite different tastes.
We didn't know the benefits of letting someone else take the strain until thankfully we were introduced to Jo.
Jo took time to really listen and understand what we want from a holiday - hotel style, activities, food and restaurants, nightlife, etc and tailored a fabulous break to suit us accordingly.
Now, we simply advise dates and budget and Jo quickly comes up with several options, prices and most importantly her thoughts, helping us fine-tune and reach a decision. It saves us so much time (and often money) - no more endless searching the internet.
We are converted!
In addition to our annual holidays, Jo organised an incredible multi-centre trip of a lifetime to South Africa for our group of four. We had very specific needs to accommodate which Jo did perfectly with everything working like clockwork.
It is particularly comforting to know that we can always rely on Jo should any issue need resolving, something that always troubled us when arranging travel independently and never more exemplified than by recent global events.
